Borders of Blue is one of five paintings from my Borders series. The same technique is used with this style painting, the exception being, that I have blocked the background paint to give precise lines. It is an attempt to capture the chaos of the throws. The binding gives an even more opulent look to the layers of paint. Borders of Blue is represented by Rebecca Molayem Gallery, Los Angeles.
