 solo exhibit, Fresh Paint Gallery, La Jolla

20/20, Twenty Women Artist exhibit is comprised of 20" canvases and their multiples by the Twenty Women Artists of TWA.
Each artist contributed between one and four canvases to be exhibited either as stand alone or multiples. Above is my contribution of 4 20x20" canvases that make up a tree when exhibited together and as stand alone, still carry the substance of the 'tree'.

All works are comprised of acrylic paint, thrown in streams from sticks, and splattered, using varied size brushes. I do not draw or paint directly onto the canvas. My goal is to represent the 'essence' or impression of a subject, not a realistic portrayal. The paintings here are from my Seascape series.
