Growing up we had a large Wisteria vine. I loved hiding amidst the flowers, sampling the nectar, inhaling the aroma. The painting Wisteria is numerous layers of thrown paint, in a multitude of purple shades signifying the embrace I felt when hiding behind it's abundance.
